Two Cases of Hidradenoma Papilliferum.
49歳と35歳の女性の外陰部に生じたhidradenoma papilliferumを報告した。本邦では本症は自験例を含めて53例の報告があり,30~50歳代の女性の外陰部,肛囲に好発する。自験例はジアスターゼ抵抗性PAS陽性, CEA陽性で,文献的にもアポクリン汗腺系の腫瘍であることを示唆する所見が多いが,その発生には部位特異的な要素が重要と思われた。
