Quantum mechanical calculation of electron spin
The classical and quantum mechanical methods are used respectively to calculate the electron spin. It is shown that the classical method cannot derive the correct magnetic moment value.

Model-Checking Problems as a Basis for Parameterized Intractability [PDF]
Most parameterized complexity classes are defined in terms of a parameterized version of the Boolean satisfiability problem (the so-called weighted satisfiability problem). For example, Downey and Fellow's W-hierarchy is of this form.

A Conservation Law Treatment of Nonlinear KdV Hierarchies
We study the hierarchy commonly defined as an infinite sequence of partial differential equations which begins with the Korteweg–de Vries equation and its modified version. An important feature of the hierarchy is its highly nonlinear property.

An Infinitely Old Universe with Planck Fields Before and After the Big Bang
The Robertson–Walker minimum length (RWML) theory considers stochastically perturbed spacetime to describe an expanding universe governed by geometry and diffusion.

In Twin Higgs models the dominant source of fine-tuning is the cancellation of order v 2 /f 2 required to obtain a Standard Model-like Higgs, where v and f are the electroweak and new physics scales, respectively.

Electroweak precision tests of composite Higgs models
We study constraints on Composite Higgs models with fermion partial compositeness from electroweak precision measurements, including the 2022 W-boson mass result from the CDF collaboration.

Supersymmetric solution of gauge hierarchy problem [PDF]
Some recent developments with respect to the resolution of the gauge hierarchy problem in grand unified theories by supersymmetry are presented. A general argument is developed to show how global supersymmetry maintains the stability of the different mass-scales under perturbative effects.

Towards a non-perturbative approach to the Hierarchy problem
In this report, based on [1], we suggest that the hierarchy between the Electroweak (EW) and the Planck scales can emerge due to a nonperturbative effect that relates low-energy and strong-gravity physics.
