Acta Obstet Gynecol ScandMagnetic resonance‐guided high‐intensity focused ultrasound (MR‐HIFU) resulted in significant symptom reduction and improved quality of life in patients with symptomatic uterine fibroids and either bleeding or bulk symptoms. When successful, MR‐HIFU provides effective and rapid symptom relief for both symptom types.
