N=1 Euler Anomaly from RG-dependent metric-Background
We consider N = 1supersymmetric gauge theories in the conformal window. By applying a suitable matter superfield- and Weyl-transformation the renormalisation group running of the theory is absorbed into the metric.

Higgs Couplings without the Higgs
The measurement of Higgs couplings constitute an important part of present Standard Model precision tests at colliders. In this article, we show that modifications of Higgs couplings induce energy-growing effects in specific amplitudes involving longitudinally polarized vector bosons, and we initiate a novel program to study these very modifications of

Capacity and limitations of US wild meat donation programmes
Abstract Historically, sharing of wild harvests to facilitate food security followed concepts of kin selection and reciprocal altruism. However, cultural shifts have reduced access to foods for some populations in modern times. Cultural altruism through sustainably harvested wild meat donation programmes (WDPs) can reduce food and nutritional ...

The recent introduction of machine learning techniques, especially normalizing flows, for the sampling of lattice gauge theories has shed some hope on improving the sampling efficiency of the traditional hybrid Monte Carlo (HMC) algorithm.

ABSTRACT ESG‐driven buyer governance in global value chains compels emerging‐market suppliers to internalize new bundles of green and digital capabilities to remain competitive. This study examines how manufacturing firms in such contexts can orchestrate these capabilities under ESG pressure to achieve sustainable organizational performance.

Advances in cholesterol and lipoproteins detection for healthcare: A review
Cholesterol is one of the main biomarkers related to the development of cardiovascular diseases. Its detection still relies on traditional methods of analysis, such as gas and liquid chromatographies. Detection of free cholesterol in saliva with redox or enzymatic sensors or detection of lipoproteins in blood with aptamer sensors are currently the most

We show that current Higgs data permit a significantly enhanced Higgs coupling to charm pairs, comparable to the Higgs to bottom pairs coupling in the Standard Model, without resorting to additional new physics sources in Higgs production.

Parabolic Higgs bundles and \(\Gamma\)-Higgs bundles [PDF]
Let \(Y\) be a smooth projective variety and \(\Gamma\) a finite group acting faithfully on \(Y\), so that the quotient variety \(X=\Gamma\backslash Y\) is also smooth and the projection \(\pi:Y\to X\) is a Galois covering with Galois group \(\Gamma\).
