Multi‐omic profiling reveals immune cell priming signature linked to lupus prognosis
Objective Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a multi‐organ disease with widespread immune dysregulation and significant unmet clinical need. Blood‐based gene expression studies have advanced our understanding of SLE pathogenesis but may overlook critical tissue‐specific mechanisms that drive disease heterogeneity and progression.

ABSTRACT Multimodal chromatography has emerged as a powerful tool for the purification of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) and their derivatives—including antibody fragments (Fabs), Fc‐fusions, bispecific (BsAb), and antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs)—offering enhanced selectivity through the integration of ionic, hydrophobic, hydrogen‐bonding, and π–π ...

Thermal field theory correlators in the large-N limit and the spectral duality relation
In ref. [1], we derived a spectral duality relation applicable to the spectra of 3d conformal field theories (CFTs) and their holographically dual 4d black holes.

We show that current Higgs data permit a significantly enhanced Higgs coupling to charm pairs, comparable to the Higgs to bottom pairs coupling in the Standard Model, without resorting to additional new physics sources in Higgs production.

Electroweak Symmetry Breaking and Higgs Physics [PDF]
An introduction to electroweak symmetry breaking and Higgs physics is presented for the Standard Model and its supersymmetric extensions. A brief overview will also be given on strong interactions of the electroweak gauge bosons in alternative scenarios.

ABSTRACT Objective Dancers are at an increased risk of developing eating disorders and health issues. The aim of this case‐control study was to compare dietary intake, anthropometric indices and eating attitudes of adult professional dancers to their age‐ and sex‐matched non‐dancer females.

We show how an inaccurate determination of experimental uncertainty correlations in high-precision LHC measurements may undermine the reliability of the associated $$\chi ^2$$ χ 2 .

'Dark' Z implications for Parity Violation, Rare Meson Decays, and Higgs Physics [PDF]
General consequences of mass mixing between the ordinary Z boson and a relatively light Z_d boson, the "dark" Z, arising from a U(1)_d gauge symmetry, associated with a hidden sector such as dark matter, are examined.

Toward High Precision Higgs-Boson Measurements at the International Linear e+e- Collider [PDF]
This report reviews the properties of Higgs bosons in the Standard Model (SM) and its various extensions. We give an extensive overview about the potential of the ILC operated at centre-of-mass energies up to 1 TeV (including the gamma gamma option) for ...
