Anatomizing exotic production of the Higgs boson [PDF]
We discuss exotic production modes of the Higgs boson and how their phenomenology can be probed in current Higgs analyses. We highlight the importance of differential distributions in disentangling standard production mechanisms from exotic modes. We present two model benchmarks for exotic Higgs production arising from chargino-neutralino production ...

Optimizing cerebrovascular endothelial health through shear stress modulation
Abstract The endothelium plays a pivotal role in regulating cerebrovascular blood flow, and its dysfunction increases the risk of cerebrovascular disease. Endothelial shear stress, a primary mechanical stimulus for endothelial nitric oxide production, is a key modulator of vascular adaptation.

Higgs production via weak boson fusion in the Standard Model and the MSSM [PDF]
Higgs production via weak boson fusion (WBF) is an interesting and important process at both the LHC and a future linear collider. Not only is it a possible Higgs discovery channel, but it also allows us to study the properties of the Higgs boson and ...

Triple top signal as a probe of charged Higgs in a 2HDM
Within the framework of the type-II Two Higgs Doublet Model (2HDM-II) we study the production of three top quarks at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC). In the Standard Model the production cross section of three tops is low (≈3 fb), while it is expected to

A major focus in particle physics has been on understanding the interactions of the Higgs boson. Tremendous progress has been made in determining the strength of the couplings of the Higgs boson to fermions and vector bosons, but its self-interaction has yet to be established.

Menopause and vascular endothelial health: Is it all about the oestrogen?
Abstract Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is a leading cause of mortality in women, and CVD risk is accelerated during the menopause transition. This acceleration has traditionally been attributed to the hallmark decline in oestradiol with menopause. However, the menopause transition is also characterized by changes in other sex hormones that exert effects

Triple Higgs coupling as a probe of the twin-peak scenario
In this letter, we investigate the case of a twin peak around the observed 125 GeV scalar resonance, using di-Higgs production processes at both LHC and e+e− Linear Colliders.

Higgs production amidst the LHC detector
We investigate the spectacular collider signatures of macroscopically displaced, neutral particles that decay to Higgs bosons and missing energy. We show that such long-lived particles arise naturally in a very minimal extension of the Standard Model with only two new fermions with electroweak interactions.

Invariant Measure and Universality of the 2D Yang–Mills Langevin Dynamic
ABSTRACT We prove that the Yang–Mills (YM) measure for the trivial principal bundle over the two‐dimensional torus, with any connected, compact structure group, is invariant for the associated renormalised Langevin dynamic. Our argument relies on a combination of regularity structures, lattice gauge‐fixing and Bourgain's method for invariant measures ...
