Corrosion Behavior of Cocrfemnni High-Entropy Alloys (HEAs) Under Aqueous Acidic Conditions
Research on new technologies in the field of advanced materials have contributed to the development of high-entropy alloys (HEAs), a relatively new family of multicomponent alloys composed of at least five alloying elements with an atomic composition of 5-35 % each by offering a configurational entropy of mixing ΔSconf of at least 1.5R, where R is ...

Development of High Entropy Alloy (HEA) as Catalyst for Azo Dye Degradation in Fenton Process
Abstract Azo dye is widely used in the textile industry since it is cost effective and simple to use. However, it becomes a continuous source of environmental pollution due to its carcinogenicity and toxicity. Various methods had been used to remove the azo dye in solution. One of the famous and repeatedly used is Fenton process.

Precipitation‐modulated recrystallization enables a programmable bimodal harmonic architecture in a high‐entropy alloy, delivering 1–2 GPa yield strength with >10% ductility from −196 °C to 700 °C. The resulting broad‐temperature robustness arises from the synergy of dual‐mode nanoprecipitation, harmonic core–shell topology, and temperature‐adaptive ...

Phase‐resolved experiments and atomistic simulations reveal asynchronous ordering behaviors in a eutectic high‐entropy alloy during isothermal annealing. Distinct defect transport mechanisms are identified in coexisting B2 and BCC phases, showing that vacancy and interstitial mediated diffusion governs phase‐dependent thermal stability.
