Analyzing the Relationship Between UHF Partial Discharge Signal Features and Transferred Charge [PDF]
The ultra-high frequency (UHF) technique offers significant advantages over the conventional partial discharge (PD) measurement method, particularly for online monitoring, 3D localization, and immunity against noise.

Engineered High-k Oxides [PDF]
The evolution of integrated circuit technology over the five decades resulted in scaling down the minimum feature size of a transistor from 10 μm to ~14 nm. The high-k dielectrics were identified as potential candidates to replace SiO2 from 2007 due to the large leakage current observed when scaling down SiO2.

ABSTRACT Arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) are rare, high‐flow, vascular anomalies that can occur either sporadically or as part of a genetic syndrome. AVMs can progress with serious morbidity and even mortality if left unchecked. Sirolimus is an mTOR inhibitor that is effective in low‐flow vascular malformations; however, its role in AVMs is unclear.

Low Na, high K diet and the role of aldosterone in BK-mediated K excretion. [PDF]
A low Na, high K diet (LNaHK) is associated with a low rate of cardiovascular (CV) disease in many societies. Part of the benefit of LNaHK relies on its diuretic effects; however, the role of aldosterone (aldo) in the diuresis is not understood.

Relaxation bottleneck and its suppression in semiconductor microcavities [PDF]
A polariton relaxation bottleneck is observed in angle-resolved measurements of photoluminescence emission from a semiconductor microcavity. For low power laser excitation, low k polariton states are found to have a very small population relative to ...

Analysis of GAA Junction Less NS FET Towards Analog and RF Applications at 30 nm Regime
This research focuses on a quantum model created using an entirely novel nanosheet FET. The standard model describes the performance of a Gate-all-around (GAA) Junction-less (JL) nanosheet device with a gate dielectric of SiO2 and HfO2, each having a ...

ABSTRACT Purpose Although not always achieved, complete chemotherapy‐induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) control is the conventional goal of CINV prophylaxis. In this two‐center, mixed‐methods study, we sought to understand the preferences of adolescent patients and family caregivers for CINV control endpoints.
