The Gamma Factory: A New Experimental Paradigm for the Post‐HL‐LHC Era
ABSTRACT The Gamma Factory (GF) proposal is motivated by the recognition of a largely untapped potential of the CERN accelerator complex to enable a new research program at the intersection of particle, nuclear, atomic, fundamental, and applied physics. These fields could benefit from novel experimental tools made possible by a future GF facility.

Improved glass meltability enabled semi‐industrial prototyping of a residue‐derived PK fertiliser. Firing produced mechanically stable micropellets and induced partial vitrification, pore‐network reorganisation, delayed P release, but restricted K availability; 6‐month field trials on turfgrass and Photinia supported agronomic feasibility.

Eight metabolites for N‐pyrrolidino fluetonitazene were identified in vitro, three of which (M2, M6 and M8) were present in an authentic urine sample. M2 was the most abundant in vivo metabolite and is a common marker metabolite of nitazepyne‐type substances.

ABSTRACT Calmodulin is a highly conserved, calcium (Ca2+) sensor protein that is ubiquitous among eukaryotes. Ca2+ binding to Calmodulin induces a conformational change that facilitates interaction with, and activation of, serine/threonine protein kinases, including members of the CaMK family.
