Coaxially Electrospun Myocardial dECM‐ Based Nanofibrous Scaffolds Demonstrate Enhanced Cardiomyocyte Biocompatibility

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
Our coaxial electrospinning system is capable of incorporating decellularized myocardial extracellular matrix in a core‐sheath configuration, creating nanofibrous scaffolds. These scaffolds, in turn, support the maintenance of functional cardiomyocytes adhered to the surface of these bioactive scaffolds.

Experimental aeroacoustics study on jet noise reduction using tangential air injection

open access: yes, 2011
PhDAircraft jet exhausts are a source of undesirable noise and continue to be an area of investigation driven by increasingly stringent regulation. The noise is produced by the unsteady mixing of the jet with the surrounding air and is dominated by the ...

Stable Protein‐Based G‐Quadruplex‐Derived Supramolecular Bioinks as Tunable ECM‐Mimetic Constructs Assembled by Combining Non‐Covalent and Covalent Strategies

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Harnessing the synergistic interplay of supramolecular self‐assembly, under macromolecular crowding conditions, and enzymatic‐mediated covalent crosslinking toward a stable protein‐based G‐quadruplex‐derived supramolecular bioink. This bioinspired strategy enables the biofabrication of complex and tunable ECM‐mimetic constructs, providing a platform ...

Experimental study on surface erosion of Grade-A marine steel with different curvatures by ultra-high pressure water jet

open access: yesJournal of Materials Research and Technology
To investigate the erosion mechanism and model of ultra-high pressure (200 MPa) water jet on grade–A marine steel with different curvatures. The ultra-high pressure water jet was induced by plunger pump. The dynamic strain was collected by dynamic strain
