A fully transparent, all‐metal‐oxide neuromorphic transistor using a sodium‐embedded alumina (SEA) electrolyte is demonstrated. By precisely tuning the thermal annealing process, the chemical composition of the SEA layer is controlled, allowing for the deterministic realization of both short‐term and long‐term synaptic plasticity within the same device

Abstract The present work reveals the effects of cold and warm rolling on the shape memory response and thermomechanical cyclic stability of Ni50Ti30Hf20 high-temperature shape memory alloy (HTSMA). Cold rolling without intermediate annealing was performed up to the maximum possible thickness reduction before surface cracks appeared.

Temperature memory effect of a nickel-titanium shape memory alloy
An incomplete transformation cycle induces a kinetic stop in the following complete transformation cycle in shape memory alloys. Therefore, the kinetic stop can be regarded as a memory of the previous arrest temperature.

Flexible piezoresistive pressure sensors underpin wearable and soft electronics. This review links sensing physics, including contact resistance modulation, quantum tunneling and percolation, to unified materials/structure design. We highlight composite and graded architectures, interfacial/porous engineering, and microstructured 3D conductive networks
