High Dynamic Range Imaging for Dynamic Scenes
2014 Fourth International Conference on Communication Systems and Network Technologies, 2014Although the currently available digital cameras typically provide 256 levels of brightness data at each pixel, a real world scenes contains a very wide range of brightness variations. High Dynamic Range (HDR) images contain wider range of brightness information than a normal image and are a new trend in photography. In the conventional method multiple

Image watermarking for high dynamic range images
2012 9th International Conference on Electrical Engineering/Electronics, Computer, Telecommunications and Information Technology, 2012conventional color image watermarking usually causes sever color and texture distortions when applied to high dynamic range images. In this paper, we thus propose a new color image watermarking method for high dynamic range image. Based on modification of the blue component in the detail layer of host image, some color and texture distortions can be ...

Streamed high dynamic range imaging
2012 International Conference on Field-Programmable Technology, 2012The problem of mapping from a high dynamic range image, or a series of images spanning a wide dynamic range, to a standard 8-bit image is considered. Several techniques for dynamic range compression are reviewed. FPGA implementations are developed and demonstrated, with a focus on directly processing the video stream from the camera.

High Dynamic Range Image Watermarking
2008High Dynamic Range (HDR) images represent the future format for digital images since they allow more sen- sitive rendering. However, nowadays special types of pre- processing collectively known as tone mapping operators are needed to adapt HDR images to currently existing displays. Tone mapped images, although of reduced dynamic range, have nonetheless
