Exploration of Implementation and Uses of Telerehabilitation in Physical Therapy in France During the COVID‐19 Pandemic

open access: yesMusculoskeletal Care, Volume 23, Issue 3, September 2025.
ABSTRACT Objective To understand, through the study of telerehabilitation introduction, whether telerehabilitation in physical therapy (‘masso‐kinésithérapie’) represents a lasting change in professional practices in France. Methods A triangulation of different qualitative methodologies was used, including eight semi‐structured interviews, an ...

Satellite Requirements to Capture Water Propagation in Earth's Rivers

open access: yesReviews of Geophysics, Volume 63, Issue 3, September 2025.
Abstract The water in Earth's rivers propagates as waves through space and time across hydrographic networks. A detailed understanding of river dynamics globally is essential for achieving accurate knowledge of surface water storage and fluxes to support water resources management and water‐related disaster forecasting and mitigation.

Injections of Multi‐MeV Electrons in the Magnetosphere of Jupiter

open access: yesJournal of Geophysical Research: Space Physics, Volume 130, Issue 9, September 2025.
Abstract Energetic particle injections provide a means for fast inward radial transport and adiabatic acceleration of electrons in the magnetosphere of Jupiter. Furthermore, enhanced whistler‐mode wave activity during injections can further accelerate electrons to MeV energy.

Neural Networks Predicting Submesoscale Tracer Dispersion

open access: yesJournal of Geophysical Research: Machine Learning and Computation, Volume 2, Issue 3, September 2025.
Abstract In this paper we examine the possibility of directly predicting passive tracer dynamics from flow fields. We use a two‐vertical‐mode model for generating flows ranging from low to high Rossby numbers and advect the passive tracer with such flows. While typically tracer dynamics are obtained by time integrating a tracer advection equation, here

The value of transformation: agricultural labour and shifting bodies in the Bolivian highlands La valeur de la transformation : main‐d’œuvre agricole et corps changeants dans les hautes terres de Bolivie

open access: yesJournal of the Royal Anthropological Institute, Volume 31, Issue 3, Page 899-916, September 2025.
This article explores transformation as a way of being in the rural Andes. It traces how transformation connects, and produces value within, multiple different spheres of life, specifically agricultural labour, personhood, identity, and space and movement.

Mental health and substance use problems among adolescents in Lesotho: Prevalence, access to care, and association with lifestyle factors

open access: yesJournal of Research on Adolescence, Volume 35, Issue 3, September 2025.
Abstract Adolescence is a developmental window in which mental health symptomatology and other health behaviors can set lifelong trajectories. Yet, adolescent development research in rural areas of low‐resource communities is severely lacking. Conceptualized in the Adolescent Well‐Being Framework, where diet and activity form a core domain of well ...

Rural Life, Rural Healthcare, and Telehealth: An Interpretive Phenomenology Study

open access: yesRural Sociology, Volume 90, Issue 3, September 2025.
ABSTRACT Telehealth may help ameliorate rural healthcare shortages and related negative health outcomes for rural populations in the United States. However, telehealth utilization has been lower among rural than urban populations. Patient experiences are an essential determinant of healthcare utilization and effectiveness.

Physics of particle collisions at high energies: Limits to phenomenology, Part 1

open access: closedCanadian Journal of Physics, 2008
Interpretation and understanding of high-energy PP data in a clear, consistent, and comprehensive manner is crucial for making valid claims to build up any successful theoretical framework for particle interactions. We have tried here to analyze the various sets of PP data available from the pre-ISR days to the latest PP collisions at the relativistic

Physics of particle collisions at high energies: Limits to phenomenology, Part 2

open access: closedCanadian Journal of Physics, 2008
Our focus in this work would be concentrated on trying to understand the nature of some very important observables measured for deuteron–gold (d + Au) collisions at relativistic heavy ion collider (RHIC) energies in the light of a particular phenomenological model that we had applied earlier in analyzing data for PP collisions at RHIC and Fermi ...
