FREQUENCY DETERMINATION OF HIGH-FREQUENCY LINK FOR PERCPECTIVE ELECTRIC ROLLING STOCK

open access: yesNauka ta progres transportu, 2014
Purpose. Total mileage of Ukrainian electric railways is distributed approximately equally between the areas of direct and alternating current. A double system of electric rolling stock is used to pass jointing places of different current kinds without

Winding Considerations on the High Frequency Transformers

open access: yesEnergy Procedia, 2011
AbstractHigh frequency transformers, used in switching power supplies, carry high amount of current. High frequency effects like skin, proximity and edge effects are discussed in this paper. Multi stranded or litz wires are used for reducing skin effect, but it will be shown that they are not effective in transformer normal winding.

Hippo pathway at the crossroads of stemness and therapeutic resistance in breast cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Dysregulation of the Hippo pathway drives nuclear accumulation of YAP/TAZ, activating stemness‐related transcriptional programs that sustain breast cancer stemness and fuel therapeutic resistance across subtypes, underscoring Hippo signaling as a targetable vulnerability. Figure created and edited with BioRender.com.

High frequency modeling of a transformer winding [PDF]

open access: yes, 2012
Major faults in power transformer windings usually originate from small charges called partial discharges (PD). These discharges could lead to a breakdown in insulation and ultimate failure in the power transformers if they are allowed to develop ...

High Frequency Transformer for Switching Mode Power Supplies [PDF]

open access: yes, 2004
A power supply is an essential part of all electronic devices. A switching mode power supply is a light weight power solution for most modern electronic equipment. The high frequency transformer is the backbone of modern switched mode power supplies. The

Deciphering transcriptional plasticity in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma reveals alterations in sensory neuron innervation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

Assessing Ageing Condition of Mineral Oil-Paper Insulation by Polarization/Depolarization Current [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
Accurately assessing the ageing status of oil-paper insulation in transformer is essential and important. Polarization and Depolarization Current (PDC) technique is effective in assessing the condition of oil-paper insulation system.

On computation of high frequency Hankel transforms

open access: yesAlexandria Engineering Journal, 2019
In this paper, we consider to compute high frequency Hankel transforms numerically. An asymptotic quadrature rule is derived based on the variable upper bound integrals. The scheme is verified to be effective by testing some numerical examples.

Differential expression of cancer‐related genes supports prediction of poor response to first‐line treatments in T‐ALL pediatric patients with high minimal residual disease

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
In the present work, we have identified a transcriptional signature based on the differential expression of six genes (BCL2&MAST4, HSH2D&LAT2, METRN&PITPNM2) that would facilitate the early detection of T‐cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T‐ALL) patients prone to a poor treatment response and could be implemented at diagnosis, along with other risk ...
