High-isolation BST-MEMS switches
2002 IEEE MTT-S International Microwave Symposium Digest (Cat. No.02CH37278), 2003In this paper, emerging (Ba,Sr)TiO/sub 3/ thin film technology was investigated for enhancing RF-MEMS capacitive switches. Materials properties of high-permittivity BST thin films and fabrication issues are discussed. Prototype BST-MEMS switches for K-/Ka-band applications were fabricated and measured.

High efficient, high density isolated DC-DC converter
2017 International Conference on Innovations in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation and Media Technology (ICEEIMT), 2017This paper discusses the design and analysis of a 380/12 V DC-DC high efficient LLC converter having a power output of 750W. The ripple in output voltage is brought down to 0.09V. It works with an efficiency of 96.1 percent at full load, 97.2 percent efficiency at 50 percent load and 91.2 percent efficiency at 10 percent load.

High Voltage Single Column Isolators
