Nanosecond Self-Q-Switching Nd:Luag Laser With High Repetition Rate
Numerical and experimental studies were investigated for the self-Q-switching Nd:LuAG laser which was achieved by the Kerr lens effect. By applying two output couplers of 6% and 1.4%, the shortest pulses of 193.4 ns and 5.1 ns were ...

High repetition-rate photoinjector laser system for S3FEL
The photoinjector laser system of Shenzhen Superconducting Soft X-Ray Free Electron Laser (S3FEL) is reported in this paper. This laser system operates at up to 1 MHz and produces more than 50 μJ infrared (IR) laser pulses.

Heavy-duty high-repetition-rate generators [PDF]
The authors present their recent results on high power repetitive pulse sources for continuous operation. Two 1-10 kW systems using spark gap technology have been tested for several hundred hours at a 60 MW pulse level. High reliability and above 90% overall efficiency are realized.

Design of a Hybrid Split-Delay Line for Hard X-ray Free-Electron Lasers
High repetition-rate X-ray free-electron lasers (XFELs) enable the study of fast dynamics on microsecond time scales. Split-delay lines (SDLs) further bring the time scale down to femtoseconds by splitting and delaying the XFEL pulses.

Ultrafast Polarization-Tunable Monochromatic Extreme Ultraviolet Source at High-Repetition-Rate
We report on the development of a high-order harmonic generation (HHG)-based ultrafast high-repetition-rate (250 kHz) monochromatic extreme ultraviolet (21.6 eV) source with polarization tunability, specifically designed for multi-modal dichroism in time-

Multiplexed photoinjector optimization for high-repetition-rate free-electron lasers
The multiplexing capabilities of superconducting X-ray free-electron lasers (FELs) have gained much attention in recent years. The demanding requirements for photon properties from multiple undulator lines necessitate more flexible beam manipulation ...

Supercontinuum generation with GHz repetition rate femtosecond-pulse fiber-amplified VECSELs [PDF]
We report supercontinuum generation using a mode-locked VECSEL emitting 400-fs pulses at a 3-GHz repetition rate, amplified with a cascaded ytterbium-doped fiber amplifier system up to 40 W of average power.

Multiwavelength high-repetition rate source [PDF]
Abstract We propose and experimentally validate an all-optical approach to generate simultaneously several pulse trains with identical temporal and spectral properties. Applying a temporal sinusoidal phase modulation followed by a shaping of the spectral phase enables us to handle several channels.
