The role of histone modifications in transcription regulation upon DNA damage
This review discusses the critical role of histone modifications in regulating gene expression during the DNA damage response (DDR). By modulating chromatin structure and recruiting repair factors, these post‐translational modifications fine‐tune transcriptional programmes to maintain genomic stability.

Dual-Band SIW Filtering Antenna With High Selectivity and Individually Adjustable Bands
This paper proposes a high-selectivity stable-gain dual-band SIW filtering antenna with independently controllable frequency bands. The proposed antenna structure uses an orthogonal dual-mode rectangular SIW cavity as the common resonant cavity, with the

Multidrug transporters BpeB and BpeF from the Gram‐negative pathogen Burkholderia pseudomallei have a hydrophilic patch in their substrate‐binding pocket. Drug susceptibility tests and growth curve analyses using an Escherichia coli recombinant expression system revealed that the hydrophilic patches of BpeB and BpeF are involved in the substrate ...

High efficiency, high selectivity ultra-thin resonant diffractive elements
Resonant diffractive elements as the association of a surface corrugation with a surface wave exhibit boosted diffraction efficiency and high selectivity properties under the effect of ultra-shallow subwavelength surface reliefs. This is demonstrated by four examples of resonant functional structures made of very different material systems over the ...

Function‐driven design of a surrogate interleukin‐2 receptor ligand
Interleukin (IL)‐2 signaling can be achieved and precisely fine‐tuned through the affinity, distance, and orientation of the heterodimeric receptors with their ligands. We designed a biased IL‐2 surrogate ligand that selectively promotes effector T and natural killer cell activation and differentiation. Interleukin (IL) receptors play a pivotal role in

Wideband High-Selectivity SIW Filtering Antenna with Controllable Radiation Nulls
A novel wideband high-selectivity substrate-integratedwaveguide (SIW) filtering antenna with controllable radiation nulls is proposed. This antenna is composed of a two-layered SIW resonator, two radiating slots on the top layer, and two coupling slots ...
