Discovery and Targeted Proteomic Studies Reveal Striatal Markers Validated for Huntington's Disease
ABSTRACT Objective Clinical trials for Huntington's disease (HD) enrolling persons before clinical motor diagnosis (CMD) lack validated biomarkers. This study aimed to conduct an unbiased discovery analysis and a targeted examination of proteomic biomarkers scrutinized by clinical validation. Methods Cerebrospinal fluid was obtained from PREDICT‐HD and

ABSTRACT Background Myasthenia gravis (MG) is an autoimmune disorder characterized by antibody‐mediated complement activation. Efgartigimod, a neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn) antagonist, is approved for treating generalized MG (gMG). However, its modulatory effects on upstream innate and adaptive immune cells remain largely unexplored.

Developmental, Neuroanatomical and Cellular Expression of Genes Causing Dystonia
ABSTRACT Objective Dystonia is one of the most common movement disorders, with variants in multiple genes identified as causative. However, an understanding of which developmental stages, brain regions, and cell types are most relevant is crucial for developing relevant disease models and therapeutics.

ABSTRACT Objective The Gold Coast criteria permit diagnosis of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) even without upper motor neuron (UMN) signs. However, whether ALS patients with UMN signs (ALSwUMN) and those without (ALSwoUMN) share similar characteristics and prognoses remains unclear.

Neuropsychiatric Symptoms Mimicking Dementia in a Patient Treated With Imatinib
ABSTRACT Tyrosine kinase inhibitors are the cornerstone of chronic myeloid leukemia treatment. Newer agents have more potency and a broader spectrum of action, but also a higher potential for neuropsychiatric side effects. We present a case of a patient on imatinib who developed progressive cognitive, mood, and behavioral alterations.

Shared Genetic Effects and Antagonistic Pleiotropy Between Multiple Sclerosis and Common Cancers
ABSTRACT Objective Epidemiologic studies have reported inconsistent altered cancer risk in individuals with multiple sclerosis (MS). Factors such as immune dysregulation, comorbidities, and disease‐modifying therapies may contribute to this variability.

High-Selectivity Frequency-Selective Rasorber With Tunable Absorptivity
IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation, 2023This article presents a high-selectivity frequency-selective rasorber (FSR) with an adjustable out-band absorptivity property. This rasorber is composed of a dynamic absorptive frequency-selective surface (AFSS) on the top, with p-i-n diodes employed to ...

The inert C(sp3)-H bond and easy overoxidation of toluene make the selective oxidation of toluene to benzaldehyde a great challenge. Herein, we present that a photocatalyst, constructed with a small amount (1 mol %) of amorphous BiOCl nanosheets ...
