A New High Gain Low Voltage 1.45GHz CMOS Mixer

2005 IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems, 2005
A new architecture of CMOS downconversion mixer for low voltage and high gain communication applications is proposed. This topology avoids the stacking of transistors between the power and ground lines, thus it can work on a low supply voltage. It does not need inductors, so it is relatively easy to fabricate.

CNTFET inverter: A high voltage gain logic gate

2014 IEEE International Conference on Smart Instrumentation, Measurement and Applications (ICSIMA), 2014
Conventional CMOS technology provides a lot of opportunities in the field of electronics device. But presently, carbon nanotube field effect transistor (CNTFET) is a new technology for the application in the field of electronic device. Due to the limitation of the size of CMOS, CNTFETs are the promising substitute due to its nano scale size.

Novel Three-Port Converter With High-Voltage Gain

IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics, 2014
In this paper, a novel three-port converter (TPC) with high-voltage gain for stand-alone renewable power system applications is proposed. This converter uses only three switches to achieve the power flow control. Two input sources share only one inductor. Thus, the volume can be reduced.

High Gain Ultra Boost Converter With Voltage Regulation

2019 1st International Conference on Innovations in Information and Communication Technology (ICIICT), 2019
Nowadays high gain boost converters are efficient for many applications. This work introduces a high gain ultra boost converter with voltage regulation by increasing voltage gain and reducing voltage stress across the switch. This converter uses an autotransformer with coupled inductor integrating on the same core to achieve high output voltage about ...

A multiport Dc-Dc converter with high voltage gain

2014 IEEE 36th International Telecommunications Energy Conference (INTELEC), 2014
A family of non-isolated high-voltage-gain dc-dc power electronic converters is proposed. The suggested topologies can be used as multiport converters and draw continuous current from two input sources. They can also draw continuous current from a single source in an interleaved manner.

Zero-voltage switching of high-gain boost converter

2016 IEEE 1st International Conference on Power Electronics, Intelligent Control and Energy Systems (ICPEICES), 2016
A zero-voltage transition network is proposed for a high-gain boost converter. The high-gain is realized by an interleaved boost converter with charge-pump on the load side. An auxiliary zero-voltage transition network; comprising a switch; an inductor and three diodes; is proposed to realize zero voltage turn-ON of the main switches.

A high gain dc-dc converter with voltage multiplier

2013 IEEE ECCE Asia Downunder, 2013
A high gain DC-DC converter is proposed in this paper. This converter combines the basic boost converter with voltage doubler circuit to achieve high voltage gain with high efficiency. The novel topology makes use of a single switch to achieve high voltage gain. The voltage appearing across the switch is much lower than the output voltage. Hence, a low

An Impedance Network Boost Converter With a High-Voltage Gain

IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics, 2017
An impedance network dc–dc boost converter is developed in this letter. Compared to the conventional boost converter, it can reach a higher voltage gain with fewer diodes and a small duty cycle (smaller than 33%) and, meanwhile, avoid instability caused by saturation of its inductors, whereas the conventional boost converters realize high-voltage gains
