ABSTRACT Cup‐like nuclei are a distinctive morphological feature observed in certain cases of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). We provide evidence that they characterize DUX4/ERG ALL independently of IKZF1 deletion and reveal marked mitochondrial accumulation in this ALL subset.

A Novel Non-Isolated High-Gain Non-Inverting Interleaved DC–DC Converter
High-gain DC–DC converters are being drastically utilized in renewable energy generation systems, such as photovoltaic (PV) and fuel cells (FC). Renewable energy sources (RES) persist with low-level output voltage; therefore, high-gain DC–DC converters ...

Transformerless high voltage gain Y-source converter with reduced switch stress
This paper introduces a novel Y-source converter, which utilises a three winding coupled inductor and a switched inductor boost module. In contrast to the conventional layout, the Y source converter has a repositioning of the switch from the load side to

ABSTRACT Background Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is the most common pediatric cancer, with an overall survival now surpassing 90% in developed countries. However, treatments are not without adverse effects. In this study, we apply the severe toxicity‐free survival (STFS) framework to determine the prevalence of 21 physician‐defined severe ...
