LDAcoop: Integrating non‐linear population dynamics into the analysis of clonogenic growth in vitro
Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.Limiting dilution assays (LDAs) quantify clonogenic growth by seeding serial dilutions of cells and scoring wells for colony formation. The fraction of negative wells is plotted against cells seeded and analyzed using the non‐linear modeling of LDAcoop.

Spectral triples and wavelets for higher-rank graphs
Journal of Mathematical Analysis and Applications, 2020 In this paper, we present a new way to associate a finitely summable spectral triple to a higher-rank graph $ $, via the infinite path space $ ^\infty$ of $ $. Moreover, we prove that this spectral triple has a close connection to the wavelet decomposition of $ ^\infty$ which was introduced by Farsi, Gillaspy, Kang, and Packer in 2015.

Plecstatin inhibits hepatocellular carcinoma tumorigenesis and invasion through cytolinker plectin
Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.The ruthenium‐based metallodrug plecstatin exerts its anticancer effect in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) primarily through selective targeting of plectin. By disrupting plectin‐mediated cytoskeletal organization, plecstatin inhibits anchorage‐dependent growth, cell polarization, and tumor cell dissemination.

Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.Nanosecond infrared laser (NIRL) low‐volume sampling combined with shotgun lipidomics uncovers distinct lipidome alterations in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC) of the palatine tonsil. Several lipid species consistently differentiate tumor from healthy tissue, highlighting their potential as diagnostic markers.

Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

Correlation of the differential expression of PIK3R1 and its spliced variant, p55α, in pan‐cancer
Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.PIK3R1 undergoes alternative splicing to generate the isoforms, p85α and p55α.
