Hand hygiene improvement of individual healthcare workers: results of the multicentre PROHIBIT study
Background Traditionally, hand hygiene (HH) interventions do not identify the observed healthcare workers (HWCs) and therefore, reflect HH compliance only at population level.

PurposeOur primary aim was to present a combined technique to protect the anatomic integrity of distal urethral sphincter complex (DUSC) during minimally invasive radical prostatectomy (RP) and discuss its impact on urinary continence (UC) recovery.

$K$-theory and homotopies of 2-cocycles on higher-rank graphs [PDF]
This paper continues our investigation into the question of when a homotopy $\omega = \{\omega_t\}_{t \in [0,1]}$ of 2-cocycles on a locally compact Hausdorff groupoid $\mathcal{G}$ gives rise to an isomorphism of the $K$-theory groups of the twisted ...

Wavelets and graph $C^*$-algebras
Here we give an overview on the connection between wavelet theory and representation theory for graph $C^{\ast}$-algebras, including the higher-rank graph $C^*$-algebras of A. Kumjian and D. Pask.

Simplicity of C*-algebras associated to row-finite locally convex higher-rank graphs [PDF]
In previous work, the authors showed that the C*-algebra C*(\Lambda) of a row-finite higher-rank graph \Lambda with no sources is simple if and only if \Lambda is both cofinal and aperiodic.

Centers of algebras associated to higher-rank graphs
The Kumjian–Pask algebras are path algebras associated to higher-rank graphs, and generalize the Leavitt path algebras.

Uniqueness theorems for topological higher-rank graph 𝐶*-algebras
We consider the boundary-path groupoids of topological higher-rank graphs. We show that all such groupoids are topologically amenable. We deduce that the C ∗ C^* -algebras of topological higher-rank graphs are nuclear and prove versions of the gauge-invariant uniqueness theorem and the Cuntz–Krieger uniqueness theorem.

Using Knowledge Graph Embedding for Fault Detection
Automotive manufacturers are under stressful timelines as they shift their focus from internal combustion engines (ICE) to electric (EV) and hybrid-electric vehicles (HEV).

Periodicity in Rank 2 Graph Algebras
Kumjian and Pask introduced an aperiodicity condition for higher rank graphs. We present a detailed analysis of when this occurs in certain rank 2 graphs. When the algebra is aperiodic, we give another proof of the simplicity of $\ca(\Fth)$. The periodic

Generalised morphisms of k-graphs: k-morphs [PDF]
In a number of recent papers, (k+l)-graphs have been constructed from k-graphs by inserting new edges in the last l dimensions. These constructions have been motivated by C*-algebraic considerations, so they have not been treated systematically at the ...
