Biclique Attack on the Full HIGHT

Lecture Notes in Computer Science, 2012
HIGHT is a lightweight block cipher proposed at CHES 2006 and included in ISO/IEC 18033-3. In this paper, we apply recently proposed biclique cryptanalysis to attack HIGHT. We show that bicliques can be constructed for 8 rounds in HIGHT, and those are used to recover the 128-bit key for the full rounds of HIGHT with the computational complexity of 2126.

Saturation Attack on the Block Cipher HIGHT

open access: yes, 2009
HIGHT is a block cipher with 64-bit block length and 128-bit key length, which was proposed by Hong et al. in CHES 2006 for extremely constrained environments such as RFID tags and sensor networks. In this paper, a new saturation attack on HIGHT is discussed. We first point out and correct an error in the 12-round saturation distinguishers given by the

NMR of highT c superconductors

Czechoslovak Journal of Physics, 1996
Results of our NMR measurements of highT c superconductors are reviewed. From systematic measurements of NQR frequency, Knight shift, nuclear spin lattice relaxation rate and nuclear transverse relaxation rate over a wide hole concentration range from light to heavy doped compounds together with the ...

Photoemission on highT c superconductors

Applied Physics A, 1987
XPS and UPS photoemission results on the new high-T c oxide superconductors La2−xMexCuO4 (Me=Sr, Ba) with a maximumT c≈40 K show the following: 1) the electronic density of states atE F is small (smaller than in pure Cu); the work function is metallic like with a value around 4.2 eV.

Related-Key Attack on the Full HIGHT

2011
HIGHT is a lightweight block cipher, proposed in CHES 2006 , and on the process of ISO/IEC 18033-3 standardization. It is a 32-round Feistel-like block cipher with 64-bit block and 128-bit key. In this paper, we present the first attack on the full HIGHT using related-key rectangle attack with 2123.169 encryptions, 257.84 data, and 4 related keys.

Design and characterization of HIGHT cryptocore

2016 International Conference on Signal Processing, Communication, Power and Embedded System (SCOPES), 2016
Security plays a major role in the world of e-commerce. Cryptography is important for effective secure communication. The low-resource devices in the market needs lightweight ciphers for the hidden writing. In this paper a detailed study of HIGHT cryptographic algorithm is done.
