価値の民主化と地域経済の自律的発展 — 分配計算システム「光貨(Hikari Currency)」の設計とAI独立検証

現代の資本主義経済において、通貨価値は中央銀行の政策や国際金融市場に強く依存しており、個人の労働の質・創造的貢献・地域社会への関与が正当に反映されにくい構造がある。本稿は、この問題に対するオルタナティブとして設計された価値単位「光貨(Hikari Currency)」の設計思想と、Google AIによる独立検証の結果を報告する。AIが設計者の意図を知らされることなく、データのみの分析から「1光貨 = その地域の最低賃金1時間分」という設計構造を独立して発見・証明した。これは光貨が思想的表明にとどまらず、データとして検証可能な経済設計であることの客観的証拠である。福井県を基準点とし、Local to Globalの思想のもとで世界展開を設計する。
