Algorithms and Results of Eye Tissues Differentiation Based on RF Ultrasound
Algorithms and software were developed for analysis of B-scan ultrasonic signals acquired from commercial diagnostic ultrasound system. The algorithms process raw ultrasonic signals in backscattered spectrum domain, which is obtained using two time ...

On Small Deviation Asymptotics In L2 of Some Mixed Gaussian Processes
We study the exact small deviation asymptotics with respect to the Hilbert norm for some mixed Gaussian processes. The simplest example here is the linear combination of the Wiener process and the Brownian bridge.

Simple planar Bragg grating devices for photonic Hilbert transform
Hilbert transformers are important devices widely used in information processing and signal analysis in the electronic domain. For example, for spectral efficiency improvement, it is used to construct the analytic signal for single sideband (SSB ...

Resorting to the spectral analysis of the 4 × 4 matrix spectral problem, we construct a 4 × 4 matrix Riemann–Hilbert problem to solve the initial value problem for the Hermitian symmetric space derivative nonlinear Schrödinger equation.

Multi-solitons in the model of an inhomogeneous optical fiber
This paper was concerned with the inhomogeneous optical fiber model, which was governed by a nonlinear Schrödinger equation with variable coefficients.

Singular Bilinear Integrals in Quantum Physics
Bilinear integrals of operator-valued functions with respect to spectral measures and integrals of scalar functions with respect to the product of two spectral measures arise in many problems in scattering theory and spectral analysis. Unfortunately, the

Network Desynchronization with Sine Waves: from Synchrony to Asynchrony by Periodic Stimulation
Exogenous alternating current fields are explored and interact with cerebral cortex slow waves in vitro and in silico. Varying frequency and amplitude of sine waves result in distinct network dynamics, from phase‐locking and entrainment to desynchronization. These responses occupy specific regions within the parameter space.

Multiview subspace clustering via low‐rank correlation analysis
The framework of our proposed method. The unifying graph S is adaptively used to capture the low–rank correlation between samples in different views. S also represents the clustering structure with a rank constraint to avoid its spectral post–processing.

A coupled complex mKdV equation and its N-soliton solutions via the Riemann–Hilbert approach
This paper concerns the initial value problem of a coupled complex mKdV (CCMKDV) equations u t + u x x x + 6 ( | u | 2 + | v | 2 ) u x + 6 u ( | v | 2 ) x = 0 , v t + v x x x + 6 ( | u | 2 + | v | 2 ) v x + 6 v ( | u | 2 ) x = 0 , $$ \begin{aligned} &u_ ...
