Caste criminalisation in South India and permanent migration to Fiji, 1903–1927

In the early 20th century, British officials in south India designated multiple castes as inherently criminal under the Criminal Tribes Act (CTA). Abstract The rise of social media in the digital era poses unprecedented challenges to authoritarian regimes that aim to influence public attitudes and behaviors. To address these challenges, we argue that authoritarian regimes have adopted a decentralized approach to produce and disseminate propaganda on social media.

Self‐administered tele‐ultrasound in fetal telemonitoring: Prospective study

Pregnant women successfully performed self‐administered fetal tele‐ultrasound at home with real‐time guidance. Scans were feasible, accurate, and highly usable, highlighting tele‐ultrasound's potential to improve accessibility, patient engagement, and support hospital‐at‐home obstetric care.
