Perceived Academic Stress and Its Correlates Among Secondary School Adolescents in Kathmandu, Nepal
Academic stress is a prevalent public health challenge among adolescents in Kathmandu, with 46.7% reporting high levels. This study identified faculty workload and examinations as the primary sources of stress. The strategies should address workload, examinations, preparation time, career guidance, and social support.
