Single‐Cell and Spatial Transcriptomic Profiling of Penile Squamous Cell Carcinoma Reveals Dynamics of Tumor Differentiation and Immune Microenvironment

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study uses single‐nucleus RNA sequencing and spatial transcriptomics to investigate penile squamous cell carcinoma (PSCC). It reveals that PSCC tumor cells mimic normal penile epithelium differentiation, independent of HPV status. The Tum_1 subtype shows basal stem‐like characteristics and promotes invasiveness. HPV‐positive basal stem‐like tumors

Arthroscopic Capsular Reconstruction of the Hip With Acellular Dermal Extracellular Matrix: Surgical Technique

open access: yesArthroscopy Techniques, 2016
Atraumatic instability of the hip has become an increasingly studied occurrence in recent years. There are several established surgical techniques that help restore stability of the native hip joint. In some cases, these procedures are not an option.

ACSS2‐Mediated Histone H4 Lysine 12 Crotonylation (H4K12cr) Alleviates Colitis via Enhancing Transcription of CLDN7

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Histone lysine crotonylation (Kcr) is a highly conserved posttranslational modification implicated with crucial biological processes. This study reveals that ACSS2‐mediated H4K12cr upregulated CLDN7 transcription to strengthen intestinal epithelial barrier.

Enhanced Catalytic Cycle of Glucose Oxidation and Reactive Species with ROS and RHS Generation Mediated by Galvanic Engineering of Dual Atomic Sites on Covalent Organic Frameworks Demonstrating Synergistic Bimetal Tumor Treatment

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A galvanic replacement is used to control dual atomic metals (Au and Ir) on a covalent organic framework (COF) nanoparticle and then coated with hyaluronic acid (HA). Under a specific bimetallic ratio (COF/Aux/Ir1‐x), the optimization can be achieved for the conversion of intracellular nutrients into reactive species (HOCl and O2• ─) and effectively ...

QSOX2‐Mediated Disulfide Bond Modification Enhances Tumor Stemness and Chemoresistance by Activating TSC2/mTOR/c‐Myc Feedback Loop in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
High QSOX2 enhances stemness, drug resistance, and metastasis of ESCC cells. QSOX2‐mediated disulfide bond modification activates mTOR/c‐Myc signaling. CAFs‐secreted IGF‐1 drives mTOR/c‐Myc/QSOX2 positive feedback loop. Combining Ebselen, rapamycin, and cisplatin induces tumor dormancy in mice.

Preoperative Anteroposterior and Lateral Assessment of Sagittal Spinopelvic Parameters Show High Positional Correlation and Measurement Reliability Preceding Both Hip Preservation and Reconstruction Surgery

open access: yesArthroscopy, Sports Medicine, and Rehabilitation
Purpose: To determine the reliability of sagittal radiographic variables across multiple positions and radiographic views and to correlate measures obtained on anteroposterior (AP) radiographs to lateral pelvis imaging.
