Resumen Se presenta 1 paciente de 52 anos con disnea progresiva de 4 anos deevolucion, clinica recidivante de fallo cardiaco derecho, telangiectasias, esclerodactilica y Raynaud bilateral. Sus volumenes pulmonares, resis tencias al flujo, compliance statica y DLCO eran normales.
