Simultaneous Placement of Three Thin-Delivery Multi-Hole Self-Expandable Metallic Stents for Malignant Hilar Biliary Obstruction Using a Large-Channel Duodenoscope. [PDF]
ABSTRACT Endoscopic biliary drainage for malignant hilar biliary obstruction is technically demanding especially when multiple ducts require drainage. Plastic inside stents are widely used because of their removability and ease of exchange, but multiple insertion is often hindered by stent interference.

A Novel Technique of Overtube-assisted Ultrathin Endoscopic Biliary Drainage Using Multi-Hole Self-Expandable Metal Stents: A Case Report. [PDF]
ABSTRACT Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) is the standard procedure for biliary drainage; however, access can be challenging in patients with altered anatomy or tumor‐related distortion. Endoscopic ultrasound‐guided biliary drainage (EUS‐BD) is a common alternative, yet it is not always feasible, particularly in patients with prior

Artificial Intelligence-Enhanced Electrocardiography for Predicting Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation From Sinus Rhythm: Impact of Data Integration Across Institutions and Devices. [PDF]
We developed CNN models using sinus rhythm ECG data from two institutions using distinct ECG systems. A fine‐tuned model trained on homogeneous datasets from cardiology departments consistently achieved high performance, whereas a model trained on heterogeneous datasets demonstrated lower performance.

Domain Structure Formation in Designing of the Opened Informative Measuring Systems
The opened systems possess an increasing significance and possibilities of applying in designing of measuring devices. Now an essentially nonlinear models are used for such systems. The perturbation approach is not enough for these purposes.

Soliton solutions by means of Hirota bilinear forms
The paper aims to provide a brief overview of soliton solutions obtained through the Hirota direct method. A bilinear formulation of soliton solutions in both (1+1)-dimensions and (2+1)-dimensions is discussed, together with applications to various ...

Exact solutions of Hirota–Maccari system forced by multiplicative noise in the Itô sense
In this article, the stochastic Hirota–Maccari system forced in the Itô sense by multiplicative noise is considered. We just use the He’s semi-inverse method, sine–cosine method, and Riccati–Bernoulli sub-ODE method to get new stochastic solutions which ...
