Eosinophilic and Mixed‐Cell Infiltration in Odontogenic Cutaneous Sinus Tracts of a Dog
A 7‐year‐old spayed female Shih Tzu with bilateral submandibular lesions and a subcutaneous mass showed partial response to immunosuppressive therapy but failed to heal completely. Radiography revealed alveolar bone loss, and surgery confirmed an odontogenic cutaneous sinus tract (OCST).

An exceptional case of peritoneal cystic echinococcosis in a domestic cat in Australia
A case of peritoneal cystic echinococcosis (CE) in a domestic cat was reported from Queensland, Australia. Physical examination of the cat indicated a large, distended abdomen, which when palpated appeared to be fluid‐filled. Ultrasonography showed numerous cysts with hyperechoic walls and anechoic contents within the cat's abdominal cavity.

Heterozygous germline TET2 loss‐of‐function variants associated with an ALPS‐like phenotype
Summary Germline homozygous loss‐of‐function mutations in TET2 result in significant childhood immunodeficiency that resembles autoimmune lymphoproliferative syndrome and predisposes one to lymphoma. The implications of heterozygous variants are less well understood.
