Mobile Cone‐Beam CT‐Guided Transbronchial Cryobiopsy of a Penicillium Granuloma via the Right Post‐Eparterial Bronchus

A post‐eparterial bronchus is a rare anatomical variant that can predispose to infection due to secretion stasis, especially in susceptible patients. Navigating this challenging airway can be achieved by the combination of an ultrathin bronchoscope for optimal access and mobile cone beam CT for definitive ‘tool‐in‐lesion’ confirmation.

The international prognostic index (IPI)‐driven trial inclusion criteria may have contributed to the failure of some of the first‐line trials in large B‐cell lymphoma (LBCL). GLA and LYSA collaborated to improve prognostic stratification in LBCL by analyzing data from trial cohorts and proposed the smIPI.
