At diagnosis, staging with an abdominal computed tomography revealed no intraabdominal lymph node enlargement. Thoracic radiographs revealed a soft tissue pulmonary nodule with cytology consistent with a carcinoma. The dog underwent a left

Meningeal solitary fibrous tumour (hemangiopericytoma) in a dog
Abstract A 6‐year‐old, male entire French Bulldog was presented for a 2‐month history of progressive ambulatory tetraparesis and occasional cervical pain. Neurological examination was consistent with a right‐sided C1–C5 myelopathy. Magnetic resonance imaging revealed an intradural‐extramedullary mass over the C1–C2 vertebrae.

An Analytical Approach for Insulin-like Growth Factor Receptor 1 and Mammalian Target of Rapamycin Blockades in Ewing Sarcoma [PDF]
We present preliminary results that quantify network robustness and fragility of Ewing sarcoma (ES), a rare pediatric bone cancer that often exhibits de novo or acquired drug resistance. By identifying novel proteins or pathways susceptible to drug targeting, this formalized approach promises to improve preclinical drug development and may lead to ...

Reporting Bone Cytopathology—A Proposal Based on a Single Tertiary Centre Experience
Fine‐needle aspiration cytology is a reliable tool for diagnosing bone lesions, with high sensitivity, specificity and diagnostic accuracy across various tumour types. This study provides valuable insights for developing a standardised reporting system for bone cytopathology, aiming to improve diagnostic precision and patient management.

PET/CT Radiomic Sequencer for Prediction of EGFR and KRAS Mutation Status in NSCLC Patients [PDF]
The aim of this study was to develop radiomic models using PET/CT radiomic features with different machine learning approaches for finding best predictive epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene (KRAS) mutation status. Patients images including PET and CT [diagnostic (CTD) and low dose CT (CTA)] were pre-processed
