Low‐Velocity Penetration Impact Behavior of Triply Periodic Minimal Surface Strut‐Based Lattices
Triply periodic minimal surface (TPMS)‐based lattices are gaining attention for their multifunctional properties in applications as aeronautics and automotive, which involve low‐velocity impact loading. This work evaluates the low‐velocity penetration impact behavior of five distinct TPMS architectures.

Swedish Beams -- The Story of Particle Accelerators in Sweden [PDF]
Even though many of the experiments leading to the standard model of particle physics were done at large accelerator laboratories in the US and at CERN[1] many exciting developments happened in smaller national facilities all over the world. In this report we highlight the history of accelerator facilities in Sweden which was home to the highest-energy

Transarterial Chemoembolization (TACE) may aggravate liver fibrosis. In this study, a novel oral targeting nanoemulsion is fabricated to enhance the therapeutic effect of antifibrotic drug‐pirfenidone (PFD) on fibrosis after TACE. Studies have shown that PFD nanoemulsion can enhance the oral liver targeting effect of PFD, and effectively improve the ...

PBTTT‐OR‐R, a C14‐alkoxy/alkyl‐PBTTT polymer derivative, is of substantial interest for optoelectronics due to its specific fullerene intercalation behavior and enhanced charge‐transfer absorption. Comparing this polymer with (S) and without (O) homocoupling defects reveals that PBTTT‐OR‐R(O) forms stable co‐crystals with PC61BM, while PBTTT‐OR‐R(S ...

Internal Temperature Evolution Metrology and Analytics in Li‐Ion Cells
This study investigates the non‐linear evolution of internal temperatures across diverse operating conditions, highlighting the disparities between internal and external measurements and the resulting thermal asymmetries. The coupled thermo‐electrochemical modeling framework provides a comprehensive analysis of various heat generation modes, examining ...

A « Third generation » ? Doing Environmental History in Europe the Early 21st Century

History-Guided Video Diffusion [PDF]
Classifier-free guidance (CFG) is a key technique for improving conditional generation in diffusion models, enabling more accurate control while enhancing sample quality. It is natural to extend this technique to video diffusion, which generates video conditioned on a variable number of context frames, collectively referred to as history.

Willi Graf of the White Rose: Transformation of an Image (poster session) [PDF]
My dissertation focuses on Willi Graf of the student resistance group called the White Rose. While the history of the White Rose is well known in Germany and possibly Europe in general, Willi Graf’s story and significant contribution to the group is ...
