Balancing Stealth and Targetability: cCPP‐ and PEG‐Modified Liposomes for the Targeted Delivery of Anti‐HER2 Nanobodies

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study addresses the rapid renal clearance of anti‐HER2 nanobodies by developing specialized liposomal carriers. It details the formulation of dual modified liposomes, demonstrating how PEGylation preserves structural integrity and cell‐penetrating peptides enhance cellular interaction.

The function of imperial sanction and ministerial countersignature in Austrian legislation 1861-1918

open access: yesJournal on European History of Law, 2012
From 1861 to the end of the Austro-Hungarian monarchy two things were necessary to enact a new law: an act of parliament and the sanction by the emperor. Before a new law was published it had to be countersigned at least one minister.

Mixing‐Driven Defects and Composition Evolution in Multi‐Material Metal Additive Manufacturing

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Operando synchrotron X‐ray imaging coupled with high‐fidelity multiphysics modeling uncovers how inter‐material mixing reshapes keyhole dynamics and drives distinct pore‐formation pathways in multi‐material laser powder bed fusion (LPBF). Composition‐dependent instabilities trigger defects, whereas rescanning suppresses porosity and homogenizes Cu ...

The Emperor of Austria as Supreme Commander 1867-1918

open access: yesJournal on European History of Law, 2013
After the “Ausgleich” of 1867 the Austro-Hungarian army got a complicated structure. Eventually the army was divided in three parts: the common army, the “Landwehr” in the Austrian half of the empire and the “Honved” in the Hungarian half.

High Free‐Volume Imidazole‐Based Ionomers for High‐Temperature Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
High free‐volume imidazole‐based ionomers (PF4IM‐72) enable enhanced phosphoric acid uptake and efficient proton transport, delivering peak power densities of 0.645 W cm−2 at 160 °C and 0.838 W cm−2 at 200 °C in HT‐PEMFCs. This work highlights a promising platform for next‐generation ionomers with improved high‐temperature performance and stability ...

The Austrian Myth: Victimization and Nationalism in the Post-War Period

open access: yes, 2012
The words of the Moscow Declaration of 1943 allowed Austria to claim itself as a victim of Hitler, rather than a contributor to the Nazis in WWII. In the years following the war, this distinction would define the attitude of Austrians towards their role ...

Stem Cell Differentiation Disperses Transcriptional Clusters via a Conserved Surface‐Condensate Trajectory

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Stem cell differentiation follows a conserved surface condensate trajectory: H3K27ac super enhancers nucleate large RNA polymerase II clusters that grow and unfold before transcriptional activity disperses them. This work reveals how biophysical forces at enhancer surfaces dynamically build and dismantle stem cell transcription hubs, reshaping cell ...
