We report aldehyde motor–based chiral supramolecular polymers that exhibit light and chemically driven dual responsiveness in water. The supramolecular polymers show transformation and amplification of multi‐state chirality into diverse geometries, offering dynamic control of supramolecular chirality and architectures. Abstract A notable characteristic
