Rheology and dynamics of water-in-oil emulsions under steady and dynamic shear flow
The fundamental aspects governing the rheology of water-in-oil emulsions, such as viscosity ratio and morphology were considered. The model developed here is based on the early work of Pal and Rhodes (1989) for viscosity equation, combined with the ...

Photocatalytic Water Splitting on the Lunar Surface: Prospects for In Situ Resource Utilization
Water has been found in craters on the moon nearby locations which are illuminated >80% of the time. Photocatalysis uses energy from sunlight to drive chemical reactions such as water splitting to produce oxygen and hydrogen. It is a scalable technology that requires lighter equipment and utilizes resources available on the moon. ABSTRACT The discovery

Enhancing Small Molecule Sensing With Aptameric Functionalized Nano Devices
Unveiling an ultra‐sensitive, non‐invasive neurotransmitter sensor. For the first time, a nanoscale sensor for detecting an important neurotransmitter was demonstrated using micro‐electromechanical systems (MEMS) technology. Our approach utilized field‐effect transistor (FET)‐based readout to enable pico‐molar detection of biomarkers in sweat.
