Ecology and Evolution, Volume 15, Issue 9, September 2025.Small brook trout populations inhabit streams of the North Mountain, Nova Scotia, where western streams have different environmental characteristics. Low‐coverage whole genome sequencing was performed on 192 brook trout, and analyses showed the presence of potential inversions among individuals of only western populations.
