Decoding IGLL5 Mutation‐Mediated BCR Signaling: A Novel Mechanism of CD8+ T Cell Exhaustion and Ocular MALT Lymphoma Progression

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
OAML harbors recurrent IGLL5 mutations that reinforce CD79A/CD79B‐associated BCR signaling. Mechanistic analysis of the S47G and A54G variants reveals induction of CXCL10/CXCL11, enhanced CD8+ T‐cell recruitment, and exhaustion‐associated dysfunction, supporting an immune‐tolerant niche.

The Development and Pilot Clinical Study of CD147 Targeted Antagonistic Peptide Probe for Tumor Imaging

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study establishes [68Ga]Ga‐DOTA‐AP9 as a first‐in‐human CD147‐targeted PET tracer with favorable safety and specific tumor uptake. Tracer accumulation correlates with CD147 expression in patients, enabling noninvasive quantification of CD147‐positive malignancies.

Atypical hodgkin and reed-sternberg cells in peripheral blood of a patient with advanced stage of Hodgkin's disease - a case report [PDF]

open access: yesSrpski Arhiv za Celokupno Lekarstvo, 2003
The occurrence of abnormal Hodgkin's and Reed-Sternberg cells in the peripheral blood in a patient suffering from Hodgkin's disease has been noticed exceptionally rare in a previous period, and especially rare in last ten years primarily due to ...

Engineering Neuronal Network Connectivity Through Precise and Scalable Electrical Modulation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study presents a scalable all‐electrical method for precise neuronal‐circuit reconfiguration based on high‐density microelectrode arrays. By employing biologically inspired plasticity rules, targeted connectivity changes were successfully induced and quantified across diverse neuronal preparations.

Rewiring NADH Metabolism Through NQO1‐Mediated Redox Cycling for Targeted Follicular Lymphoma Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Follicular lymphoma (FL) remains an incurable B‐cell malignancy with high relapse rates, and conventional therapies are often limited by significant toxicity, highlighting the need for novel treatments. We identified that FL exhibits markedly low expression of NAD(P)H: quinone oxidoreductase 1 (NQO1), a key enzyme required for activating ...

Single‐Cell Profiling Identifies SLC2A5‐Mediated Fructose Metabolism as a Vulnerability in Primary CNS Lymphoma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Glucose deprivation in the primary CNS lymphoma (PCNSL) tumor microenvironment drives SLC2A5 (encoding GLUT5)‐dependent fructose metabolism in tumor cells, while hypoxia induces HIF‐mediated SLC2A5 expression in tumor‐supportive macrophages, revealing SLC2A5‐driven fructose utilization as a shared and targetable metabolic vulnerability across malignant
