Payload‐Based Clinical Pharmacology Review of Approved Antibody–Drug Conjugates: Commonalities and Considerations for Streamlined Development

open access: yesClinical Pharmacology &Therapeutics, EarlyView.
Antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs) combine the specificity of an antibody with the potency of a cytotoxic drug. Thirteen ADCs, utilizing seven unique cytotoxic payloads and targeting 11 distinct antigens, are currently approved by the US Food and Drug Administration as of June 2025, representing a rapidly growing and highly promising class of anticancer ...

Treatment-refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma of the prostate: A case report and review of the literature

open access: yesUrology Case Reports, 2019
Non-Hodgkin lymphoma of the prostate is uncommon. Prostate specific antigen and transrectal ultrasound do not aid in diagnosis. Survival and treatment options are ultimately based on immune-histologic subtype and stage.

Identification of T:B Cell Multimers After Bispecific T Cell Engagement, Using Both Conventional and Imaging Flow Cytometry

open access: yesCytometry Part A, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Bispecific T cell engagers bring together T cells with malignant B cell targets to enable synapse formation and disease eradication of hematological malignancies. The proportion of T cells and their ability to bind to their targets varies between patients and may be a biomarker of response.

Measurable residual disease by multicolor flow cytometry in acute myeloid leukemia: A comparison of peripheral blood and bone marrow

open access: yesCytometry Part B: Clinical Cytometry, EarlyView.
Abstract Measurable residual disease (MRD) monitoring by multiparameter flow cytometry (MFC) is well established in bone marrow (BM) samples for acute myeloid leukemia (AML), but its use in peripheral blood (PB) remains less developed. We adapted a semi‐automated and well validated MFC‐MRD assay, originally developed for BM, to PB aiming to evaluate ...

Cardiovascular toxicity induced by TKIs in patients with chronic myeloid leukaemia: Are women and men different?

open access: yesESC Heart Failure, Volume 12, Issue 2, Page 1447-1454, April 2025.
This study analyzes 148 patients (66 women and 82 men) with chronic myeloid leukemia treated with tyrosine kinase inhibitors, focusing on cardiovascular adverse events. The risk assessment, performed using the HFA/ICOS score, reveals sex‐specific differences: venous thrombosis is more common in women, while arterial thrombosis predominates in men.

Patient‐ and caregiver‐reported barriers to radiotherapy for cancer in sub‐Saharan Africa—A survey of population‐based registries

open access: yesInternational Journal of Cancer, Volume 159, Issue 3, Page 595-608, 1 August 2026.
What's New? Low‐ and middle‐income countries have over 70% of the global cancer burden but 10% of the world's radiotherapy capacities. This population‐based multi‐country study explores the barriers to access experienced by cancer patients in sub‐Saharan Africa.

Association of HHV-6 with Hodgkin and non Hodgkin lymphoma

open access: yesIranian Journal of Microbiology, 2016
Background and Objectives: Human Herpes 6 virus (HHV-6) could remain latent and chronic in the host cells after primary infection. HHV-6 genome encodes certain trans activation proteins which may results in development of malignantlymphoma.

The Growth Supporting Role of ZDHHC11 Is Linked to the MEF2B–BCL6 Regulatory Circuit in Burkitt Lymphoma

open access: yesInternational Journal of Cancer, EarlyView.
MEF2B and BCL6 have established functions in germinal center B‐cell biology and lymphomagenesis. The mechanism of MEF2B deregulation and its significance for cell survival in Burkitt lymphoma however remain unclear. This study highlights MEF2B as a crucial transcription factor in Burkitt lymphoma and suggests ZDHHC11 as an upstream regulator of MEF2B ...

CNS Hodgkin lymphoma

open access: yesBlood, 2008
Abstract Central nervous system (CNS) involvement by Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) is rare. As a result, there is limited guidance for clinicians on how to manage these patients. Detailed information was collected on 16 patients, the largest number to date, with meningeal or parenchymal CNS-HL confirmed by histopathology (15) or CSF (1).
