Combined UV–vis transmittance and wavelength‐dependent photo‐assisted DC I–V analyses reveal defect‐induced optical instability and a high density of deep donor‐like subgap traps in La‐doped SrSnO3. The resulting MOSFET achieves one of the highest on/off ratios reported for ABO3 perovskite devices, demonstrating the promise of stannate perovskites as ...

Hole-filling techniques by using minimal energy surfaces
In the last few years, several techniques to fill holes of a given surface by means of minimal energy surfaces have been proposed. In all cases, the filling patches are obtained by minimizing an `energy functional' defined in a vector space of spline ...

Multi‐Level Saturation Current Encoding in Two‐Dimensional Ferroelectric Source‐Gated Transistors
A 2D ferroelectric source‐gated transistor (SGT) operates with a non‐volatile, multi‐level saturation current controlled by ferroelectric polarization. Operando electrostatic and photocurrent imaging link the current limitation to source‐side depletion, identifying saturation current as a programmable, read‐bias‐tolerant device parameter toward low ...

Characterization of Damage to Adjacent Backfill by Blasting of Slit Packets
In order to accurately regulate the damage effect of slit pack blasting on the backfill of the quarry in deep mines, this study focuses on the damage control mechanism of the peripheral hole spacing (500, 600, 700, 800 mm). Based on the theory of elastic

Exchange‐Coupled Two‐Dimensional MOFs
Graphene mediates ferromagnetic coupling between two‐dimensional metal‐organic frameworks and cobalt. Fe‐tetracyanobenzene develops a remanent magnetic response whose orientation follows the cobalt magnetization direction and persists up to room temperature, whereas Ni‐TCNB remains only field‐polarized.

Ultra‐narrow green multi‐resonance thermally activated delayed fluorescence emitters have been developed by linear π‐extension strategy using tetracyclic naphtho[2,3‐b]benzofuran unit. The resulting phosphorescence‐sensitized OLEDs achieve a maximum external quantum efficiency of 37.7% in the bottom‐emitting architecture, while the complementary top ...

We developed a patient‐derived, functional microfluidic model of the diffuse midline glioma (DMG) blood–brain–tumor barrier (BBTB) comprised of endothelial cells, astrocytes, pericytes, and tumor cells. The system forms perfusable microvasculature, reveals the BBTB retains vascular integrity, identifies DMG‐specific transcriptomic changes distinct from

Tomographic Printing in a Chip: A Versatile Platform for Biomimetic 3D Organ‐on‐Chip
A novel light‐based bioprinting approach, TVAM‐in‐a‐chip, enables rapid, contactless fabrication of biomimetic 3D organ‐on‐chip devices directly within preassembled microfluidic platforms. This strategy supports diverse materials, including cell‐laden resins, and eliminates post‐assembly steps.

A Hybrid Hole-filling Algorithm
A polygon mesh, or a 3D mesh, consisting of a collection of vertices, edges, and polygons in three-dimensional space, is the standard way of representing 3D objects. In practice, polygon meshes acquired from the 3D scanning process fail to meet the quality requirements for most practical applications.
