Digital Fresnel Hologram Watermarking [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
We present a method of digital hologram watermarking using a Fresnel hologram of a real-world 3D object and the fractional Fourier transform. A watermark is encrypted using double random phase fractional Fourier domain encoding technique and then encoded

Magnetic Holography and Its Application to Data Storage

open access: yesPhotonics, 2021
The principle of magnetic holograms and its application to holographic memory are reviewed. A magnetic hologram was recorded through a thermomagnetic recording as a difference in magnetization direction and reconstructed with the magneto-optical effect ...

Sound wave hologram and optical reconstruction

open access: yesProceedings of the IEEE, 1967
An acoustic hologram is constructed using a sound wave (20 kHz), scanning the acoustic fields by a microphone, and lighting a lamp by amplified electrical signals from the microphone. The original image is reconstructed to illuminate the sound wave hologram of reduced size by the laser light (6328 A) and observed by a microscope.

Dual wavelength digital holography for 3D particle image velocimetry [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of the European Optical Society-Rapid Publications, 2015
A multi-exposure digital in-line hologram of a moving particle field is recorded by two different wavelengths and at different times. As a result, during the reconstruction step, each hologram can be independently and accurately reconstructed for each ...

Comparison of Laplacian differential reconstruction of inline holograms recorded at two different wavelengths and distances

open access: yes, 2010
Paper presented at Biomedical Optics (BIOMED) Miami, Florida, April 11, 2010We record two holograms using two different illuminating wavelengths. Subtracting these holograms, the resulting reconstruction is an approximation to the second order Laplacian

3D Reconstruction of unstained cells from a single defocused hologram

open access: yes, 2022
We investigate the problem of 3D complex field reconstruction corresponding to unstained red blood cells (RBCs) with a single defocused off-axis digital hologram.

Digital Fourier Transform Holography Using a Beam Displacer

open access: yesEngineering Proceedings, 2023
Fourier transform holography overcomes the phase recovery challenge through recording complex field information of the object in an interference pattern recorded at the far field, i.e., Fourier plane.

Sectional hologram reconstruction through complex deconvolution

open access: yes, 2020
We propose a sectional hologram reconstruction method through complex deconvolution. By taking into account of both amplitude and phase (or real and imaginary parts) of wavefront propagation into the inverse problem model, we can perform more robust and ...
