Holographic principle and dark energy

open access: yesPhysics Letters B, 2005
We discuss the relationship between holographic entropy bounds and gravitating systems. In order to obtain a holographic energy density, we introduce the Bekenstein-Hawking entropy $S_{\rm BH}$ and its corresponding energy $E_{\rm BH}$ using the Friedman equation.

Channel Sensing for Holographic Interference Surfaces Based on the Principle of Interferometry [PDF]

open access: yesIEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, 2023
The Holographic Interference Surface (HIS) provides a new paradigm for building a more cost-effective wireless communication architecture. In this paper, we derive the principles of holographic interference theory for electromagnetic wave reception and ...

Comparing the holographic principle inspired dark energy models [PDF]

open access: yesNew Astronomy, 2020
In this work, we use the statefinder parameter diagnostic to the Holographic principal inspired dark energy models, taking into consideration, the Tsallis Holographic dark energy (THDE) model, the standard Holographic dark energy (HDE) model, and the R ...

Study on the tool setting method of micro-milling tool based on in-line holography [PDF]

open access: yesMATEC Web of Conferences, 2022
Aiming at the various shortcomings of existing tool setting methods, this paper proposes a coaxial holographic tool setting method for tiny tools.

Holographic dark energy from the laws of thermodynamics with Rényi entropy

open access: yesEuropean Physical Journal C: Particles and Fields, 2023
This article investigates the relationship between the holographic principle and the laws of thermodynamics in explaining the late-time acceleration of the universe.

Generalized thermodynamic constraints on holographic-principle-based cosmological scenarios [PDF]

open access: yesPhysical Review D, 2018
The holographic principle can lead to cosmological scenarios, i.e., holographic equipartition models. In this model, an extra driving term (corresponding to a time-varying cosmological term) in cosmological equations depends on an associated entropy on ...

Toward a Mathematical Holographic Principle [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Statistical Physics, 2014
In work started in [17] and continued in this paper our objective is to study selectors of multivalued functions which have interesting dynamical properties, such as possessing absolutely continuous invariant measures. We specify the graph of a multivalued function by means of lower and upper boundary maps $ _{1}$ and $ _{2}.$ On these boundary maps ...

Holography in (2+1)-dimensional cosmological models [PDF]

open access: yes, 1999
The cosmic holographic principle suggested by Fischler and Susskind has been examined in (2+1)-dimensional cosmological models. Analogously to the (3+1)-dimensional counterpart, the holographic principle is satisfied in all flat and open universes.

Holographic principle and string cosmology [PDF]

open access: yesClassical and Quantum Gravity, 1999
String cosmology is revisited from cosmological viewpoint of holographic principle put forward by `t Hooft, and by Fischler and Susskind. It is shown that the holography requires existence of a `graceful exit' mechanism, which renders the Universe nonsingular by connecting pre- and post-big bang phases smoothly.
