We describe an implementation for computing holomorphic and skew-holomorphic Jacobi forms of integral weight and scalar index on the full modular group. This implementation is based on formulas derived by one of the authors which express Jacobi forms in ...

Siegel–Veech constants for cyclic covers of generic translation surfaces
Abstract We compute the asymptotic number of cylinders, weighted by their area to any nonnegative power, on any cyclic branched cover of any generic translation surface in any stratum. Our formulae depend only on topological invariants of the cover and number‐theoretic properties of the degree: in particular, the ratio of the related Siegel–Veech ...

P-adic analysis and mock modular forms [PDF]
A mock modular form f+ is the holomorphic part of a harmonic Maass form f. The non-holomorphic part of f is a period integral of a cusp form g, which we call the shadow of f+.

On Higher Moments of Fourier Coefficients of Holomorphic Cusp Forms
Let be the space of holomorphic cusp forms of even integral weight k for the full modular group. Let and be the n-th normalized Fourier coefficients of two holomorphic Hecke eigencuspforms , respectively.

Relations among Ramanujan-type congruences I [PDF]
We prove that Ramanujan-type congruences for integral weight modular forms away from the level and the congruence prime are equivalent to specific congruences for Hecke eigenvalues.

One‐level densities in families of Grössencharakters associated to CM elliptic curves
Abstract We study the low‐lying zeros of a family of L$L$‐functions attached to the complex multiplication elliptic curve Ed:y2=x3−dx$E_d \;:\; y^2 = x^3 - dx$, for each odd and square‐free integer d$d$. Specifically, upon writing the L$L$‐function of Ed$E_d$ as L(s−12,ξd)$L(s-\frac{1}{2}, \xi _d)$ for the appropriate Grössencharakter ξd$\xi _d$ of ...

Character sum, reciprocity, and Voronoi formula
Abstract We prove a novel four‐variable character sum identity that serves as a twisted, non‐Archimedean analog of Weber's integrals for Bessel functions. Using this identity and ideas from Venkatesh's thesis, we provide a short spectral proof of the Voronoi formulae for classical modular forms with character twists.

THE SIGN OF FOURIER COEFFICIENTS OF HALF-INTEGRAL WEIGHT CUSP FORMS
From a result of Waldspurger [W. Kohnen and D. Zagier, Values of L-series of modular forms at the center of the critical strip, Invent. Math.64 (1981) 175–198], it is known that the normalized Fourier coefficients a(m) of a half-integral weight ...

The Distribution of Fourier Coefficients of Weak Maass Forms [PDF]
The theory of weak Maass forms has been studied extensively in recent years, resulting in many striking results. Examples include the fundamental work of Bruinier and Ono which relates the Fourier coefficients of half-integral weight harmonic (weak ...

Euclidean algorithms are Gaussian over imaginary quadratic fields
Abstract We prove that the distribution of the number of steps of the Euclidean algorithm of rationals in imaginary quadratic fields with denominators bounded by N$N$ is asymptotically Gaussian as N$N$ goes to infinity, extending a result by Baladi and Vallée for the real case.
