Safety of upadacitinib in atopic dermatitis in randomized clinical trials across 6 years

The current study found no evidence of cumulative increased safety risks with upadacitinib 15 or 30 mg for up to 6 years and over 9000 patient‐years of safety data in adults and adolescents. Role of comorbidities and medication on immunotherapy efficacy in cSCC: A DeCOG multicentre analysis

Immunosuppressive disease was associated with reduced overall survival, while anticoagulant use was linked to prolonged progression‐free survival in advanced cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma treated with immune checkpoint inhibitors. Host‐related factors may modulate immunotherapy efficacy and warrant prospective validation.
