ABSTRACT Spironolactone is widely used for polycystic ovarian syndrome due to its anti‐androgenic properties. However, rare cardiovascular side effects may occur even in normotensive patients. We report a case of severe palpitations and drug‐resistant sinus tachycardia following high‐dose therapy, emphasizing the need for cautious titration and cardiac

Abstract The oral, small molecule inhibitor of activin receptor‐like kinase‐2, zilurgisertib (INCB000928), is under evaluation in fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva. Cardiac safety was assessed using electrocardiogram (ECG) parameters and a plasma concentration‐heart rate‐corrected QT (C‐QTc) interval analysis of pooled data from single ascending ...

Safety and Efficacy of Pulsed Field Ablation for Atrial Fibrillation in Elderly Patients
Pulsed‐field ablation (PFA) was evaluated in 479 patients with atrial fibrillation (AF), 52% paroxysmal. Among 104 patients > 75 years, complication rates and 6‐ and 12‐month arrhythmia‐free survival were not significantly different from younger patients. Age did not predict recurrence. PFA appears safe and effective in elderly AF patients.

The aortoseptal angle (cutoff 131.24°) effectively differentiates ventricular arrhythmia originating from the left ventricular outflow tract (LVOT). Combining the aortoseptal angle with the hypertension status and V2 transition ratio significantly improves its diagnostic accuracy.

A Rare Case of RNRVAS Termination and Re‐Initiation Visualized on a 12‐Lead ECG
This case illustrates both termination and re‐initiation of repetitive non‐reentrant ventriculoatrial synchrony (RNRVAS) visualized on a standard 12‐lead ECG. It highlights how pacemaker algorithms such as VIP and PVC response, together with abnormal atrial refractoriness, can trigger or terminate RNRVAS.
