Homogeneity and h -homogeneity
A topological space \(X\) is \textit{homogeneous} if each of its points can be carried to any other via a homeomorphism of the space; \(X\) is \textit{\(h\)-homogeneous} if it is homeomorphic to each of its nonempty clopen subspaces. The author investigates conditions under which these two notions are related for zero-dimensional spaces. The first main

Various concepts associated with quadratic algebras admit natural generalizations when the quadratic algebras are replaced by graded algebras which are finitely generated in degree 1 with homogeneous relations of degree N. Such algebras are referred to as {\sl homogeneous algebras of degree N}.

PC/PCCD blends with different PCCD contents were prepared by melt blending. The optical performance test results show that PC/PCCD blends have high light transmittance and low haze.

In this article, Y-junction strip-line circulators are designed using an enhanced closed form solution consisting of unified key equations and a flowchart design, which serves as a direct procedure for designing a ferrite circulator.

Several large classes of homogeneous spaces are known to be formal---in the sense of Rational Homotopy Theory. However, it seems that far fewer examples of non-formal homogeneous spaces are known.

G3-homogeneous gravitational instantons [PDF]
We provide an exhaustive classification of self-dual four-dimensional gravitational instantons foliated with three-dimensional homogeneous spaces, i.e.

AbstractSupply functions in the ubiquitous Gorman class are examined for their homogeneity properties. Homogeneity places surprisingly strong restrictions on functional forms. These forms facilitate testing of aggregability given homogeneity or homogeneity given aggregability or testing both.

Phototrophs evolved light‐harvesting systems adapted for efficient photon capture in habitats enriched in far‐red radiation. A subset of eukaryotic pigment‐binding proteins can absorb far‐red photons via low‐energy chlorophyll states known as red forms.

Synthesis and investigation of physico-chemical properties of dicationic ionic liquids [PDF]
A series of dicationic ionic liquids (ILs) including [C4(MIM)2][PF6]2, [C5(MIM)2][PF6]2, [C6(MIM)2][PF6]2 and [C4(PYR)2][PF6]2 were synthesized. Their thermal stability and melting points were analysed.
