Decrypting cancer's spatial code: from single cells to tissue niches
Spatial transcriptomics maps gene activity across tissues, offering powerful insights into how cancer cells are organised, switch states and interact with their surroundings. This review outlines emerging computational, artificial intelligence (AI) and geospatial approaches to define cell states, uncover tumour niches and integrate spatial data with ...

Microglia (BV2) and IL‐4‐treated BMDMs promote astrocytoma clustering and inhibit tumor growth, not shown in other macrophage cells. In vivo, microglial co‐implantation enhances CD8+ T cell infiltration, elevates Granzyme B, lowers circulating MDSCs, and extends survival only in immune‐competent mice, but not in immune‐deficient mice.

Characterization of ribosome heterogeneity during endothelial to hematopoietic transition
The panorama of ribosome heterogeneity during embryonic hematopoiesis has not yet been portrayed. In this study, utilizing dual‐omics data, the heterogenous dynamic of ribosome during endothelial‐to‐hematopoietic transition has been systemically described. Moreover, stage‐specific upregulation and peripheral localization of RPL27 and RACK1 in hemogenic

A topological space \(X\) is called power homogeneous if there exists a cardinal number \(\tau>0\) such that the space \(X^\tau\) is homogeneous. It may easily happen that a space \(X\) is not homogeneous while \(X\) is power homogeneous. Every first countable zero-dimensional Hausdorff space is \(\omega\)-power homogeneous.

Modulation of homogeneous space-time rainfall cascades to account for orographic influences
The development of efficient space-time rainfall downscaling procedures is highly important for the implementation of a meteo-hydrological forecasting chain operating over small watersheds.

Cancer‐associated fibroblasts (CAFs) play different roles in NSCLC progression and metastasis. Their heterogeneous origins and phenotypes shape the tumor microenvironment and influence metastatic spread. This review highlights NSCLC CAF subtypes, their potential cellular sources, and their differential distribution across primary tumors and distant ...

On Maximal Homogeneous 3-Geometries—A Polyhedron Algorithm for Space Tilings
In this paper we introduce a polyhedron algorithm that has been developed for finding space groups. In order to demonstrate the problem and the main steps of the algorithm, we consider some regular plane tilings in our examples, and then we generalize ...
