FAI precursor particle size and sublimation crucible geometry critically determine vapor flux directionality and deposition uniformity in thermal sublimation processes. Conical crucibles exhibit particle‐size‐dependent beam focusing, while cylindrical crucibles show a much more homogeneous deposition due to de‐focusing effects of the emitted vapor flux.

A new framework for extracting coarse-grained models from time series with multiscale structure
In many applications it is desirable to infer coarse-grained models from observational data. The observed process often corresponds only to a few selected degrees of freedom of a high-dimensional dynamical system with multiple time scales.

On the Development and Use of Homogenized Climate Datasets
Abstract At the National Climatic Data Center, two basic approaches to making homogeneity adjustments to climate data have been developed. The first is based on the use of metadata (station history files) and is used in the adjustments made to the U.S. Historical Climatology Network monthly dataset.

Neddylation Targets and Stabilizes NLRP3 to Augment Inflammasome‐Mediated Colitis and Mood Disorder
NLRP3 inflammasome contributes to colitis and mood disorder. This study demonstrates that neddylation targets NLRP3 at K287, which hinders its interaction with K48‐linked ubiquitination E3 Trim31 and thereby stabilizes it. Neddylation blockade in myeloid cells and microglia mitigates DSS‐induced colitis and psychological stress‐induced anxiety‐like ...

Targeting Adipose Tissue Function Protects Against Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction
This study explores the role adipose tissue (AT) phenotypes have in determining cardiovascular outcomes in an obesity‐related heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) model. Pharmacological induction of thermogenesis promoted resilience to HFpEF‐induced remodeling of AT and conferred cardioprotection. Surgical and genetic models confirmed

The SNARE protein YKT6 is upregulated in bladder cancer (BLCA), correlating with poor prognosis. YKT6 promotes tumor proliferation and metastasis by activating Wnt/β‐catenin signaling. It recruits Ubiquitin‐Specific Peptidase 7 (USP7) to deubiquitinate and stabilize β‐catenin, enhancing its nuclear accumulation and driving oncogenic gene expression ...
