The paper is concerned with a description of genus Neopemphigus gen. M., new for science, and a new species v . turajeor sp. n. from the subfamily Pemphiginae (family Pemphigidae) from the Ukrainian SSR (the city of Donetsk) parasitizing on Populus bolleana L a u c h. roots. The species is supposed to be monoecious.
